Client-focused care

What matters is feeling better — regardless of the diagnosis

At Spring Behavioral Health Solutions, we use an individualized, diagnostic approach to understand what's really driving your symptoms — then match you to the treatment best suited to it. Below are a few of the most distressing symptoms we help with, and how a precise assessment changes the path forward.

01

Sleep Disturbance

Sometimes insomnia is a symptom of another condition; sometimes it stands alone. An assessment helps identify the root issue and clarify the most appropriate treatment. Using this approach, a majority of clients experience clinically significant improvement.

02

Trauma Reactions

Most people experience some reactive symptoms after a trauma — usually the brain's adaptive way of processing the experience. When distressing symptoms persist longer than a few weeks, assessment and therapy can help alleviate the burden.

03

Panic Attacks & Related Anxiety

Panic attacks can occur with generalized anxiety, social phobia, OCD, PTSD, and other conditions. Knowing which is key to treatment. Once the best-fit approach is identified, panic becomes one of the most treatable behavioral health conditions.

04

Suicidal Ideation

Thoughts of suicide aren't only a symptom of depression — they occur with other conditions too. Dr. Williamson assesses the degree of risk and confirms the right underlying condition is being treated. A safety plan, and the right treatment, are essential.

Why precision matters

Similar symptoms can be signs of different conditions. Aligning the right treatment to the right diagnosis is what turns a hard problem into a treatable one.

A simple path

How to get started

  1. 1

    Contact Us

  2. 2

    Consultation Meeting (optional)

Consult with Dr. Williamson to determine whether a routine psychiatric evaluation (“intake”) is sufficient, or whether a more in-depth psychological evaluation is appropriate.

  3. 3

    Evaluation

A routine intake runs about 90 minutes; specialty evaluation may take longer. Results — diagnosis, prognosis, and recommendations — are shared with you, and with your referring provider when you were referred for specialty evaluation.

  4. 4
