For full transparency, the standard fee for each service is listed below. Your actual out-of-pocket cost may be significantly lower with a qualified health plan.

We're in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, and facilitate courtesy out-of-network billing with most other carriers.

Intake Assessment
A comprehensive look at all symptoms, their history, their impact on your performance, and the key contextual factors involved. The goal is a complete bio-psychosocial conceptualization — used to identify the most effective treatment for moving forward.

Individual Therapy
After an evaluation, some clients have follow-up appointments once or twice a week for the first month or two. As treatment gains appear, visits decrease — ideally wrapping in eight to sixteen weeks, though longer is fine. Sessions generally run 20–70 minutes depending on severity and stage.

Group Therapy
Group therapy for individuals experiencing more chronic or entrenched symptoms. This is more than a support group — under the guidance of a well-trained therapist, the group process can stimulate change that, for some individuals, individual therapy alone cannot.

Specialized Psychological Assessment
When a 90-minute intake isn't enough, a specialized assessment can identify psychological processes you may be unaware of. Common instruments include the MMPI-3, MCMI-IV, and various Wechsler scales. Costs vary by scope and are always discussed before scheduling.

Insurance & billing
We are in-network with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska and other Blue plans covered through BCBS shared administration (e.g. Federal BCBS). We also facilitate courtesy out-of-network billing with most other carriers — you'll usually pay more than with an in-network provider, but often have part covered. We're not currently paneled with Medicare or Medicaid, though we plan to empanel with Medicaid soon. Check with your plan administrator to confirm your coverage.
